Litigations related to Service matter, Labor law, etc., at Gujarat High Court, shall be addressed / serviced at an additional fees
In retainership, Matters should be strictly related to Contracting Company & not individuals/ employees/ client or affiliate firms; Retainership shall cover above list of Litigations at additional charges as may be mutually agreed
Litigations at other court/ forums/ authorities are not covered under retainership services; however, Salot and Shah has group of associates who are competent to contest these at an additional litigation charges as may be mutually agreed upon
